Obviously, we didn't extend the run briefly, as it was supposed to take place on March 27th and 28th. The production team passed on the extended run at that time due to the logistics of casting and rushing rehearsals, etc. They'd rather do it right verses rushed.
Director Chelsea Landon then went to L.A. for producer meetings and they are going to set up an extended run as part of a 'Backers Audition,' to, of course, get major players to come to the show and pick it up for production at a bigger venue. The date for this is tentative for the beginning of May. Some members of the cast, myself included, will be engaged in other projects and unable to participate, which is to be expected. Not ideal, but expected. As that time approaches, the production team will reconvene (the ones who are still available) and will then fill in slots for those who can't participate.
It's hard to say at this time if I'll be available. I have a lot of projects coming up.
As for the Fringe festival, that will be determined officially by early May. Same deal---some members of the cast will be off on other ventures, but we have been informed that the original cast gets first dibs when that time rolls around.
